What should I do if the app is running slowly on my device?

If you experience slow performance on your device, please try the following steps:

Device settings
• You may be able to resolve slowdowns by closing apps other than the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket and unnecessary browser tabs.
• You may also try deleting or moving unnecessary data from your device.

In-game settings
1. Menu (rightmost button at the bottom of the screen) > Other > Settings to open the settings screen.
2. Select Display Quality. If you experience slow or laggy performance, select High Performance.
3. If you want to further improve the performance, set the Frame Rate Cap to 30 fps.
