1. Internet connection issues
When purchasing Poké gold, a stable internet connection is required. Using Wi-Fi or a 4G / 5G network is recommended.
2. Temporary issue with the mobile app store
Poké gold is purchased via the mobile app store from which the game was downloaded.
• For iOS devices, this is the App Store
• For Android devices, this is the Google Play Store
If data processing is not working properly due to a high volume of traffic to the store or data overload, you may not be able to make a purchase. In that case, please wait a certain amount of time before purchasing again.
3. Temporary issue with the app
This may be resolved by restarting your device.
4. Issue with limit on Poké gold (paid)
The maximum amount of Poké gold you can own is 3,600. Note: This is not a purchase limit.

If you have never purchased Poké gold
1. Mistyped payment information
If you mistyped your payment information, please cancel the payment and start over.
2. Selected an unsupported payment method
It is possible that the method of payment you wish to use is not supported by the app. In this case, please reach out to Apple or Google customer support.
