What should I do if the game seems to be running slowly?

Please try the following methods should the application be running slowly for you:

Device settings
- The issue may be resolved by closing applications other than "Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket" and/or by closing any unnecessary browser tabs.
- The issue may be resolved by deleting or transferring any unnecessary data off of your device in order to free up additional storage space.

In-game settings
1. Tap Menu (rightmost button at the bottom of the screen) > Other > Settings to open the Settings menu.
2. Select Display Quality, and set this to Low to help improve performance.
3. To further improve performance, consider also setting the Frame Rate Cap to 30 fps.
