Please try the following:
■ Unable to log in to the save data you want to delete

■ Able to log in to the save data you want to delete
From the title screen
Menu (top-right button on the screen) > Account > Delete Save Data
From the in-game home screen
Menu (rightmost button at the bottom of the screen) > Other > Account > Delete Save Data
Warning
You will lose all your data—including your record of play to this point, the items you own, and your Poké gold.
You will also no longer be able to play using other devices that you’ve linked an account to and that use the same save data.
It’s not possible to restore save data that has been deleted.
Notes:
• Unused Poké gold (paid)
If you delete your save data, no refunds can be received once service has been ended.
• For premium pass subscribers
Your premium pass subscription will not be automatically canceled, even if you delete your save data.
Please be sure to cancel your subscription from the store where you purchased it.
