- Error Message: "Incorrect Support ID."
Please ensure that you have entered a valid Support ID and try again. - Error Message: "Incorrect gift code."
Please check that the code has been entered correctly and try again. - Error Message: "An error has occurred. Please try again later."
This message may appear due to a temporary system error. Please wait a while and try again. - Error Message: "This gift code has been used already."
Gift codes cannot be used more than once.
If you do not remember using it, it may have already been redeemed under a different Support ID. - Error Message: "This gift code’s redemption limit has been reached."
The Support ID associated with the entered save data has already reached the maximum number of redemptions.
Once the redemption limit is reached, even if you enter another gift code from the same campaign, you will not be able to receive additional rewards.
